Shaveta  Suri

Shaveta Suri, a dedicated and passionate behavior analyst with 25 years of experience, striving to empower families for positive changes in children's lives. Her expertise spans in various settings, from in-home early intervention to adult and children residential facilities as well as teaching Masters Level  ABA courses at Capella University. As a former Regional Behavior Analyst at the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, she oversaw over 25 residential families, contributed to writing state laws, and went beyond professional duty to assure that treatment plans where ethical and least restrictive for the clients. With a Psychology foundation from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Shaveta combines academic knowledge with practical experience to create personalized behavior intervention plans. Her unique ability to simplify complex concepts makes her solutions practical and obtainable. Shaveta's approach goes beyond clinical boundaries; it's about building meaningful connections with families. Emphasizing open communication and genuine partnership, she offers ongoing guidance and unwavering support to empower families on their transformative journey.
 

Alexandria Allie Breton Lampros

Allie Breton Lampros

Allie possesses extensive experience in the realm of child care and applied behavior analysis. Her journey began at the young age of 12, and since 2016, she has been dedicated to the field of ABA. In 2016 Allie graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Cognitive Sciences. After only 4 months in the ABA field Allie knew she found her passion and enrolled in the masters degree program at Purdue University Global. Over the years, Allie's career has evolved from a role as a Behavior Assistant to her current standing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a significant accomplishment achieved by 2020. Throughout her career, Allie has had the privilege of working with children across a wide age spectrum, spanning from infants to adolescents aged 18. Her professional engagements have encompassed diverse settings, including in-home care, daycare facilities, educational institutions, camps, and community-based environments. Notably, Allie specializes in providing tailored support and interventions to children between the ages of 2 and 8.
