Shaveta Suri
BCBA & CoOwner
Shaveta Suri, a dedicated and passionate behavior analyst with over 25 years of experience. She strives to empower families with positive changes in children's lives. Her expertise spans in various settings, from early intervention to adult and children residential facilities as well as teaching Masters Level ABA courses at Capella University and Assistant Director at an ABA school. As a former Regional Behavior Analyst at the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, she oversaw over 25 residential homes, contributed to writing state laws, and went beyond professional duty to assure that treatment plans where ethical and least restrictive for the clients. With a Psychology foundation from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Shaveta combines academic knowledge with practical experience to create personalized behavior intervention plans. Her unique ability to simplify complex concepts makes her solutions practical and obtainable. Shaveta's approach goes beyond clinical boundaries; She is focused on building meaningful connections with families. Emphasizing open communication and genuine partnership. She offers ongoing guidance and unwavering support to empower families on their transformative journey.

Allie Breton Lampros
BCBA & CoOwner
Allie brings extensive experience in childcare and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with a passion for working with children that began at the age of 12. She entered the field of ABA professionally in 2016 after graduating from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology & a minor in Cognitive Sciences. Within just four months of beginning her career in ABA, Allie recognized that she had found her professional calling and enrolled in the master’s degree program at Purdue University Global. Her career progressed from working as a Behavior Assistant to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), earning her certification in 2020. Throughout her career, Allie has worked with children across a broad range of ages, from infancy through 18 years old. Her experience spans a variety of settingsv giving her a strong understanding of how a child’s needs, strengths, and behavior can vary across environments and stages of development. Allie has developed particular expertise in working with children between the ages of 2 & 8 and has extensive experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, & PDA profiles. Her approach emphasizes individualized, compassionate, & developmentally appropriate behavioral support designed to help each child build meaningful skills while recognizing their unique strengths and needs.

Gabriela Duran
BCBA
Gabriela Duran, M.Ed. BCBA, brings more than a decade of experience working with children with a wide range of abilities and developmental needs. Much of her professional background began in the classroom, where she worked as a certified teacher before expanding her career into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Gabriela earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education from the University of Central Florida. She also completed graduate certificates in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at UCF. During her graduate studies, Gabriela was selected as a Project ASD Scholar, earning a full scholarship for her master’s degree and graduate certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her extensive background in both education and behavior analysis gives Gabriela a unique perspective when supporting children across learning environments. She is passionate about building caring and trusting relationships with each child and using those relationships as a foundation for meaningful growth. Gabriela especially enjoys helping children develop greater independence while strengthening their communication, social-emotional, and everyday life skills. Outside of her professional work, Gabriela has an adventurous side—she has been skydiving! She also has a special love for sloths, which happen to be her favorite animal.

Joy Bennett
BCBA
Joy Bennett, M.S., BCBA, brings 20 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and has served as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2013. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and her Master of Science degree from the Florida Institute of Technology. Throughout her career, Joy has provided behavioral services to children ranging from 18 months to 17 years old and their families. Her experience spans a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and community-based environments, allowing her to support children as they develop meaningful skills across different areas of their everyday lives. Joy has also had the opportunity to lead specialized initiatives focused on important developmental and life skills. She managed a literacy project designed to help children develop the foundational skills necessary for beginning to read, as well as a health and safety project focused on helping children successfully participate in and tolerate medical, hygiene, and safety-related procedures. Joy is passionate about using her extensive knowledge and experience to provide compassionate, individualized, and high-quality care to the children and families she serves. She especially values identifying meaningful goals that can increase a child’s independence and make a positive difference in their everyday life. Outside of work, Joy enjoys spending time with her husband and dog. She loves being outdoors, learning to garden, training and spending time with her dog, and working out. More recently, she has also developed an interest in learning how to cook.

Katie Giewont
BCBA
Katie Giewont, M.Ed., BCBA, brings more than 20 years of experience supporting children with diverse learning, developmental, and behavioral needs. Before becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020, Katie spent 19 years working in public education as a special education teacher in both self-contained classrooms and general education settings. Katie began her career in behavior analysis in a clinical setting before returning to the public school system, where she supported teachers with curriculum development, classroom strategies, and behavioral support within self-contained classrooms. In 2025, Katie joined All About Behavior, where she now provides individualized ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings. Katie’s passion for supporting children with autism has deep personal roots. Growing up with two siblings on the autism spectrum, she watched her father continually develop creative and individualized strategies to keep them safe, teach meaningful skills, and support their education. Those early experiences, combined with her extensive professional background in special education and behavior analysis, helped shape Katie’s compassionate and individualized approach to supporting children and their families. What Katie enjoys most about working with children is discovering the unique strategies that help each child learn, develop greater independence, and experience meaningful success. She values recognizing each child’s individual strengths and finding approaches that make learning both effective and engaging. Outside of work, Katie enjoys reading, baking, kayaking, spending time at the beach, and dog-sitting. Most of all, she loves spending time with her family and her little dachshund, Memphis.

Alice Matias
BCBA
Alice Matias, M.S., BCBA, brings more than 12 years of experience in behavioral health and developmental support and has served as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the past six years. She holds a Master of Science degree as well as specialized certification in Early Learning Development. Throughout her career, Alice has had the opportunity to work with children across a wide range of ages, abilities, and developmental stages. These experiences have shaped her passion for providing compassionate, individualized support that recognizes each child’s unique strengths, needs, and personality. As a BCBA, Alice finds it especially rewarding to watch children build confidence, develop meaningful new skills, and reach milestones that make a difference in their everyday lives. She values partnering closely with families and celebrating each child’s progress alongside the people who know and love them best. Alice strives to ensure that therapy is not only effective and individualized, but also positive, engaging, and meaningful for every child. Outside of her clinical work, Alice enjoys traveling and experiencing new destinations and cultures. Most importantly, she loves spending quality time with her family and creating lasting memories together.

Seyene Cunningham
Lead RBT
Seyene is a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at All About Behavior who brings a strong background in psychology, teamwork, and a genuine passion for supporting children as they grow and develop. Originally from Ontario, Canada, Seyene attended the University of Central Florida, where she studied Clinical Psychology while also representing UCF as a member of the Women’s Rowing Team from 2020 to 2024. Her experience as a collegiate athlete helped strengthen her skills in leadership, communication, perseverance, and collaboration—qualities she now brings to her work with clients and fellow team members. Seyene is passionate about building meaningful relationships with each child she works with and taking the time to understand their individual strengths, needs, and personalities. Her favorite part of working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis is having the opportunity to truly get to know each client while supporting them as they learn new skills, overcome challenges, and accomplish meaningful goals.

Hope Lusher
Lead RBT
Hope is a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at All About Behavior who brings experience working with children in both educational and behavioral settings. Her passion for working with children began in high school, when she earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential to teach preschool and began coaching gymnastics. Hope graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Health Sciences and is currently completing her EMT certification, with plans to eventually pursue Physician Assistant (PA) school. Her educational background, combined with her experience in early childhood education and Applied Behavior Analysis, has strengthened her ability to understand and support each child’s individual needs. Hope enjoys building meaningful relationships with her clients and finding individualized ways to help each child feel successful, confident, and supported. One of her favorite parts of working with children is watching their progress and celebrating the small accomplishments that lead to meaningful growth. She especially enjoys finding creative ways to make learning and everyday activities engaging and fun. Outside of work, Hope enjoys staying active, playing volleyball, and spending time with her family and friends.
